It is generally caused by a genetic flaw which causes a change in the body’s chemistry. Bipolar can be controlled to a major degree but it takes a very superior kind of doctor (not a G.P.) to prescribe the proper meds.
From what i understand it’s the lack of neurons making enough of the brain substances and so one side of the brain has more than the other which can cause the brain to lack proper function because of; Lack of ceratonin i believe.”
Your first two answerers have it pretty much down. I have friends (and dated a woman) who are bipolar. Meds do help, but ensure that the dosage is correct, or it can cause more damage than not taking the meds.
Fear of being alone is only your EGO’s way of trying to run your life. We are NEVER alone–we are all connected to each other. It’s only when the mind “thinks” it’s separate in a big, bad world that’s our to get us that “fear” sets in. It’s because we let fear in to run our lives.
How do you control the fear?
Educate yourself and practice killing off your EGO. Read and talk with people. Read books by Eckhart Tollie, Wayne Dyer, Dali Lama, Dan Millman, and others. That’s how you recognize EGO and then can kill it off.
