Medication is not an option, so don’t even bother. Therapy is good for coping ie. not blowing your brains out. What else is there?
I’m not against therapy! Where did you get that idea?

I have severe panic disorder and I was on Zoloft for years until it stopped working, then I found out my body was totally chemically imbalanced and was introduced to a product called Limu Plus, I take that now religiously and have had no problems. I also take Vita-One. Wonderful stuff, if you want help with your problem I suggest you get on both. They are all Natural and will help.

take two chill pills and call in the morning!! J/K … But defeat negative thoughts with positive ones seriously, for every negative thought think of 10 postive ones, simple like the sky is blue… Or you can see, hear, taste, smell… read some books get to know the spirit of whom you are inside of your person, and not someone you are not with outside presures to be something you are not. Read Dr. Wayne Dyer, he is an excellent source to put things into perspective! Do it in a positive way for yourself, and not the “I need self-help” negative that could come with that! Just think it will better yourself and life! Cherio- and good luck

Definitely yoga and ayurveda. These practices encompass a combination of things to balance you out, including physical exercise, meditation, breathing techniques, massages, herbs, shirodara, all kinds of awesome, natural, healing techniques. Its at least worth looking into.
I’m not bipolar, but I did suffer from depression, as a teenager I was anorexic…blahblah, this stuff for me, changed my life. Maybe it will change yours too!
You’ve just exhausted all your options and that can leave you feeling pretty hopeless. Therapy does help you learn coping skills but it can also help you work through your problems.
If you’re against therapy and against medication then you leave yourself with only one option and that is change. If this were the best or easiest option then we wouldn’t have therapists or medications, but it can be done.
You have to work your way through your issues alone and go through some serious self-discovery and make life changing decisions about everything. Because you have a brain disorder a.k.a. a mental illness, it means your brain chemistry is not normal. There are ways to alter it naturally, but again, it’s a very long and lonely journey.
The door usually starts with studying basic Buddhist principles; understanding why you’re here, finding your path and what works for you, learning how to bring a sense of peace into your life, etc…
I’m sorry that mediation is not an option for you because it has proven to be the only effective treatment in combination with therapy for bipolar disorder.
However, if your exploring alternatives there are not any alternative therapies that have been proven by medical science to effectively treat the symptoms of bipolar disorder and far as “all natural products” there is no such thing as all natural and these products are not tested for safety as well. so be very careful of what you put into your body that has not been tested for safety or effectiveness.
There are a ton of different vitamins, herbs, minerals, and amino acids that can help with both bipolar disorder and depression. In addition to those supplements, other options exist including acupuncture, aromatherapy, and vagus nerve stimulation. Obviously, not all of the available options will be appealing to you or work for you, but many have very good results for most people.

When I was diagnosed with Major Depression I was sent to out patient therapy that included cognitive therapy (positive thinking). I can tell you right now this (along with medication) pulled me through! I’m fairly certain the library will have books on Cognitive Therapy.
You MUST remove yourself from any negative situation and/or person(s)… You cannot cope with any negativity right now and you need to surround yourself with positive people and situations. Good luck to you.
