I am currently writing a paper and am looking for a good assessment survey for a supposed client who has bipolar. I want to test the severity of her disorder and how it affects her life. Any help would be appreciated!
Thanks Jennifer. I do have to find some kind of survey to “administer” to a patient in my paper, but just like you said, I am having trouble finding one and am not sure one exists. The only thing I have found thus far is a mood survey so, maybe I can assess the mood during the manic episode to tell when it’s severity is decreasing or something like that? I’m not sure what to do. Thanks for your help, though!

somebody i know just took a bipolar test it came back positive, but they were high when they took it, does mess up the test results?
or does it more or less prove that they do have it

I am trying to find a CHEAP DOCTOR who don’t charge a fortune. We have just found out 3 of my sisters and one brother all have Fibromyalgia and 8 of 15 nieces and nephews and 2 aunt have been tested and are all being treated for Heredtary Bipolar. I live about 15 miles from Fayetteville Arkansas.

I think I have bipolar disorder, but I’m not sure. I’m looking for an online test that will ask for my past, appetite, sleep patterns etc.
I know I need professional advice, so I’m booked in for next monday, but until then I just want to check.
