are daily mood swings a sign of bipolar disoder? how do i deal with mood swings from one moment to the next?

one minute im happy and hopeful the next im crying. just now i was angry and feeling vengeful, then i was calm and hopeful. ive been on lexapro zoloft wellbutrin and ive taken mood stabilizers nothing works, are the antidepressants not working because i may be bipolar
