Searches for a bipolar test are more than double the searches for depression tests, yet the incidence of depression (5.3%) is far greater than bipolar (1-2%).

suffer from depression, bipolar, anxiety, drugs help and make me feel normal why be sober ?

He is bipolar category 4, he takes his pills regularly and he starts to like me a lot. he claims that i am a good listener and that is smt that means the world to him. however, i dont know how he get w/o his medicines, but he said hes not violent. im a little scared to get involved. not sure if ill be able to endure this all the time (him being depressed) what do u guys think???

I’ve decided to get myself some help and need advice on treatment centers. I need a place that specializes in mental-illness(more specifically, bipolar) along with drug and alcohol addiction. I haven’t the slightest clue how to locate a quality program and need some help. If anyone knows of any or has gone through a similar situation, please share.

Very difficult to understand, distinguish between the disorders. Book is even more confusing!!!! What is the most important points on mental health disorders? Delusions, Delirium, Alzheimers, Schzophenia, Depression, Bipolar – Manic depression vs. hypomania? So boring…..and confusing!! Please help if can. LVN training in RN program w/ no psych experience.

My boyfriend has been recently diagnosed with Bipolar I mixed disorder. I have put hours of research to find out ways to be supportive. I can not find a good website. If you know any, it would be appreciated greatly if you told me. I’m desperate.

I’m looking for a very structured curriculum that will also be very hands on and hold the interest of an ADD/Bipolar child with memory issues. Prefer it to have very friendly lesson plans for the parent too.

I recently found out I have it and I’m afraid of taking pills for it. Those side effects scare me more than that of marijuana, which I heard can be affective for some patients.
