My med have just been adjusted today and I was wondering if anyone else was taking this combo in any potency.
Topomax-50mg
Risperdal(small Dose) 1mg
Lithium 600mg
Lamictal 200mg

I know the doses aren’t too high and I only just started but I never had this combo and was wondering how many have, thanks!!

I am wondering about the drug Symbyax=Prozac&Zyprexa, anyone ever use this before? What do/did you think of it overall?

I’ve tried antidepressents and they don’t work so my doctor prescriebed serquel antipcychotic. I haven’t taken it yet but have read on it and it’s highly recommeneded for people with schizo (which I don’t have). Can anyone tell me if they have tried these drugs and if you think this might be good for my condition.

My cousin has been diagnosed. She lays in bed all day, up all night on the computer. She gets on a chat room and harrasses the crap out of people when they kicked her off she tried to call the FBI, she doesn’t bathe. She is really mean to her mom, she’s been in a pscyh hospital before, she can’t hold a job. Any experience with meds or other help?

Both my husband and I have had this diagnosis suggested to us. Neither of us take medications for it, but we live our lives just fine although we are a couple of weirdos, we’re functioning weirdos. I wonder if it’s just over diagnosed.

I have read about symptoms online, but I want to know if anyone has experience with people who suffer from this? Does anyone have relationships with Type II Bipolar people? What are they like?

I just want to know what its like having a bipolar family member or friend because my parents keep telling me that its really hard.. and I can be hurtful sometimes even with medicine

Of course I’ve research bipolar. My husband admits to Bipolar but will not use prescriptions just pot instead. Of course routine councling helps some but he is a roller coaster. Yes emotional abuse involved but no chance of physical.

I’m researching bipolar disorder and I’m most interested on how it affects teens. How often do mood swings occur? I’ve researched on the internet and read a lot about it but any additional information would be apreciated. Anything that helps me to understand what goes on the head of people with bipolar disorder. And what medicines are often used, I have a list of some of them but I’m not sure they’re right.
