It’s impossible for anyone to say what is beyond the range of normal emotions, normal mood swings.
If your moods are causing you trouble, find someone you can talk to.
I saw something on the news recently about a genetic test to see if you are predisposed to bipolar but I am sure it is not something you can just go and ask you doctor for now.
