I came across your channel trying out the whispering meditations. Nice work. I struggle to “remember” the moments. I don’t doubt the technique at all; I only wish I could remember what triggers me. I think the more I try this, perhaps the more I may be able to work out what sets me off. My emotions are often set to go high and low. Once minute I am all out, the next I am depleted and depressed. I am getting a lot out of your meditations. Thanks Rob!

when you transcribe the audio instead of saying “think of something that makes you happy and make it into an image” it says “nobody makes you happy, it cant be coming into an image”

Okay, what are you more nuts than me? I am mixed state. I am currently depressed & hypomanic & rapid cycling. If I follow your reasoning, getting hassled at the store, soaking wet caught in a major storm snapped me out of severe depression in seconds and suddenly I was joking and laughing.

Well it obviously depends on what medications you are on, because every single chemical in the world is different (which is the approach that needs to be realized with traditional drugs as well).

So you can’t really be sure, but to keep it safe you should general wait about five to seven says before taking magic mushrooms, because there are some bipolar medications that interact with the chemicals in magic mushrooms in a very negative way.

Bipolar, there cannot be that many people with it as are being treated. It has become a scam.

Being in the habit of taking drugs is just a way to have a dead end, boring, and miserable life, eventually. Try learning a foreign language, math, ect.

I have a friend on med’s and she said shrooms didn’t affect her the day she took meds, but she didn’t take the med’s the next day and took shrooms and tripped. Just skip your meds for the day. Have fun!

No. Bipolar disorder is caused by an imbalance of chemicals in the brain – the drugs given contain or stimulate the production of chemicals needed to restore the levels up to normal. Any mind-affecting drug will also affect the brain chemistry, rendering the medication useless.
