what is the average time between mood swings in bipolar, and whats the most it can be?
Aswell as what is it for you?

So during depression, you might be a bit under par or unsociable at school or work, but when you get home you might be in absolute rages with your loved ones.
During mania, you would act silly and hilarious at home or school, and at home just stay up all night with racing creative thoughts.
Does this or can this happen if you have bipolar? I am really interested to know so please do reply : )
Does this happen when you have bipolar or would you act the same everywhere with everyone?

This has been going on for the past two months, i will be perfectly fine walking around then one little thing will just click and i will flip i will start getting so mad for about15 min. but then i will start crying and i cant stop and i don’t know why.
Any suggestions?

i ahve depression and anxiety.

but ive noticed that if i hang out with friends or something or do something to bring up my mood i get realy happy, my thoughts start racing, and i cant sleep and i begin to look at the brighter things agin and things look good for the future.

however its not totaly out of control as im still in control of my actions.
