Are there any bipolar support groups in the Southern California area.?

Mostly around the high desert for me because my son is bipolar, and i would liek to learn how to deal with bipolar adult children. I live in Hesperia.

I would first call information (411) to find my nearest mental health facility and ask , but also I would tell them where I live,etc.
